Welcome to the Obianuju Fashion Help Center. We’ve compiled some of our customers’ most frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place. Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind. Should you have any other issue that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
How do I take my measurements?
Bust: Making sure the tape is parallel to the floor, measure the largest part of your bust. If you will be wearing a bra with your garment, please have the exact bra on before you measure.
Waist: Making sure the tape is parallel to the floor, measure the smallest part of your waist. Usually a couple of inches above your belly button.
Hips: Making sure the tape is parallel to the floor, measure the fullest part of your hips.
All your measurements should be snug, but not tight.
How long will it take for me to receive my garment?
Our processing time is 10 -15 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Fee: $50 (you have until the garment has been received to pay this fee.)
Rush Order Processing Time: 4-8 Business Days.
Our domestic (US) shipping time is 1-3 business days.
*International shipping time is 6 - 10 business days.

What is your return policy?
Because we are a custom made boutique, each item is made specifically for one person, we cannot accept returns.

Can you create a custom design for me?
To book Obianuju to design a garment especially for your event, please send an email to info@ObianujuFashion.com including measurements of your bust, waist, hip, height, and details of your occasion (prom, wedding reception, honeymoon, vacation, birthday, graduation, etc). Custom designs start at $500 and are non-refundable. Please have all requests submitted no less than 20 business days prior to your event.
